During the month of May, we will be offering an Intro to Chant for Prayer series at St. Monica’s Church (Thursdays, 7-8:30pm – see below for a more detailed schedule).  The aim of this series is to introduce participants to traditional chants in order help enrich private devotional life.  This is a great opportunity to learn how to follow square notation, become comfortable with Latin pronunciation, and develop a deeper understanding of prayers that have been passed down from Christians as early as the 4th Century.  Previous singing experience is not necessary.  All are welcome.
